Weight 25kg. Fitted with carrying handles each side. The bases are produced in the UK by rotational moulding methods in a one piece stress free moulding with up to 10mm wall thickness. Resistant to impacts, most chemicals, no corrosion and solid colour throughout. Finished with a textured surface which is more resistant to scratches and marks, Material used for cover is the highest grade and water tested Polyester Oxford 150D UV tex Treated 1500mm Pu coated. Support poles are 19mm diameter steel tubing, powder coated black linked together with two ply- elasticised chain wire for easy assembly. Ground supports are also supplied for strong windy conditions. There are four pre set holes at 45 degrees built into the bases. The pegs which are 200mm long are used at these points to secure the bases in certain weather conditions. Designed, manufactured and assembled in the uk. The printing is applied via heat process to the front drop down and can be done in a colour in most cases to match club colours. Sponsor or club logos can be printed in full colour and are sewn into the fabric tops.
